The policy I have now gives me more cover than the last one, and there were no problems in changing provider.

The Problem

David first contacted us in 2014. He wanted a policy that would improve his cover but still be competitive and give him cover for his existing medical conditions.

The Solution

They said yes, with a policy that improved his cover for therapies and saved him 33% on the premiums. Since then David has renewed his policy with them and now has his own account manager, Jacob. Jacob has recently helped David with his renewal by confirming that the cover and policy is still meeting his needs and is all up to date.
